On December 25, 2021, Global Power Technology Co., Ltd (GPT in short) with the latest 6 inch SiC products and multiple application cases attended the 12th Asia Power Technology Development Forum.

　　Gao Yuan, director of GPT Application Test Center, shared a report entitled "Characteristics Interpretation and Sinicization Prospect of SiC Devices", which received high attention and consistent praise from the participants. In this report, Gao introduced the latest situation of GPT, analyzed the characteristics of SiC diode and SiC MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) and the points need to pay attention in application, and answered the audience's questions about SiC devices.

　　GPT 6-inch SiC wafer production line has been completed and put into mass production. The yield of products reaches more than 90%. The reliability test of the product was completed in September 2021, and already achieved more than 100 million RMB sale revenue from 2022.1-4.

　　In order to promote the application of SiC in various fields, GPT works with partners to develop and launch a variety of application cases, including industrial power suppliers, PD power supplies, inverter power supplies, electric vehicle charger power supplies and other fields.
