A few days ago, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of specialized and Sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Hunan Province in 2023, and 34 enterprises such as LiuYang Global Power Technology Co., Ltd(GPT). were selected, plus 65 identified in previous years, and the number of "Specialized and Sophisticated" enterprises in the park has reached 99, including 18 national "Specialized and Sophisticated" enterprises.

In 2019, GPT silicon carbide power device production line project signed a contract to settle in the park. In 2020, the six-inch wafer line production line was opened, realizing "start in the same year, putting into production in the same year". In 2021, the six-inch silicon carbide diode was mass-produced and passed the AEC-Q101 certification. In 2022, GPT was certified as a national high-tech enterprise.

From settling in the park to becoming a national high-tech enterprise, through just four years, GPT has grown and developed steadily.

Up to now, GPT has 104 intellectual property rights, including 1 PCT international application, 1 American invention, 24 invention patents, 15 integrated circuit layout designs, 54 utility model patents, 9 design patents, and the patent achievements have been effectively transformed and applied in the actual production process of diodes and wafers.
